The Master Executive Council for Breeze Pilots

The Breeze Airways pilots joined the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) in 2022 and are currently in negotiations under Section 2 of the Railway Labor Act for their first collective bargaining agreement. Breeze has over 680 pilots across 13 bases. The airline, headquartered in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, operates flights to more than 80 cities across 35 states and continues to expand internationally, with seven destinations announced or planned across Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America.

The MEC has 19 standing committees working diligently to support the pilot group, including the Strategic Preparedness and Strike Committee (SPSC) created in November 2025.
