FAIR CONTRACT NOW.

The Breeze Airways Master Executive Council (MEC) of the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA) represents more than 680 Breeze pilots. The pilot group has been negotiating its first contract for 3+ years.

Our Mission

Breeze pilots are the driving force behind reliable flight and carry the ultimate responsibility for the safety of their passengers. As we continue negotiations for our first contract, our mission is clear: to secure a fair contract that reflects the professionalism and contributions of our pilots. After years of delays and stalled progress, we remain committed to advocating for the stability, quality of life, and respect our pilots have earned. We stand united in our belief that a fair contract, with industry-standard work rules and compensation, is essential not only for pilots, but for the long-term success of Breeze Airways.

Holding Management Accountable

In January 2026, ALPA filed a lawsuit at the U.S. District Court in Utah alleging that Breeze Airways engaged in bad-faith bargaining and interfered with pilots’ rights under the Railway Labor Act during ongoing contract negotiations.

This action was taken to address conduct we allege is unlawful and to ensure that the company complies with federal law, so that negotiations can advance toward an enforceable first contract. This was not a snap decision—it followed three years of stalled progress at the bargaining table and was developed with the support of ALPA National, the world’s largest pilot union, with 95 years of experience negotiating contracts and holding management accountable.

Words and promises do not substitute for a contract. Breeze pilots continue to call on management to do their part and take meaningful action to reach an agreement now by ending tactics that slow and frustrate progress and undermine the union.

It’s time to end the stalling and deliver a fair contract that Breeze pilots have earned.

PRESS RELEASE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

Breeze Pilots Deserve a Contract, Not Further Delays

Breeze pilots have been negotiating their first contract for over three years. In that time, fewer than half of the contract sections have been agreed upon, and momentum has slowed even further in the past year.

Breeze management has suggested that long negotiations are “normal.” But the reality is clear: Breeze pilots have already been waiting longer than their peers at many other pilot groups that have bargained for their first contracts.

Breeze pilots are ready for a fair contract now. We are calling on management to stop the delays, engage in good faith, and deliver a contract that reflects their pilots' contributions to Breeze’s success.
