The Training Committee is dedicated to monitoring, supporting, and improving all aspects of pilot training at Breeze, including new hire, recurrent, and upgrade programs.
The committee’s primary focus is on scheduling concerns and oversight of the training curriculum, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement as needed.
We also assist pilots with issues that may arise during training such as required event repeats, instructor or sim partner conflicts, and other training-related challenges.
