The Military Affairs Committee is committed to supporting Breeze ALPA members who serve as active reservists, guardsmen, or veterans of the Armed Forces. The committee provides guidance on the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), ensuring that pilots understand both their rights and the responsibilities of their employer under the law.
In addition to advocating for service members’ legal protections, the committee works to raise awareness of the unique challenges faced by military-affiliated pilots and provides access to resources available to veterans and their families.
