The Breeze Grievance Committee serves as a dedicated advocate for pilots who believe their rights under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) have been violated.
Our mission is to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of the contract by investigating concerns, resolving disputes and pursuing formal grievance procedures.
We work to protect the integrity of the agreement, uphold due process, and ensure that all pilots are treated equitably and in accordance with their negotiated rights.
Through collaboration with the Master Executive Council, Company representatives, and ALPA Legal, we strive to achieve timely and just outcomes for our members.
